Content Policy

DuoCast is a creative tool. We trust users to make great content; we also enforce a short list of hard limits to keep the platform safe.

Always allowed

• News commentary, satire, and editorial opinion.
• Comedy, including edgy humor for adult audiences.
• Educational content for any age (with appropriate safety mode).
• Brand-owned or licensed media you have rights to.

Allowed with explicit consent

• Voice / face cloning of yourself.
• Voice / face cloning of a guest who has signed an explicit consent.
• Real-person likeness in stylised form (cartoon, mascot) where the depiction is clearly satirical.

Never allowed

• Sexual content involving real people without their consent.
• Sexual content involving minors of any kind, real or fictional.
• Hate speech, harassment, or content advocating violence.
• Defamation — fabricated quotes presented as real statements by real people.
• Election or medical disinformation framed as factual.
• Content that violates a destination platform's policies (we do not override YouTube / TikTok / Meta rules).

AI labelling

We label outgoing publishes as AI-generated where the destination platform offers that flag (YouTube's synthetic content disclosure, TikTok's AIGC label, Meta's AI label).

Reporting + takedowns

Email [ABUSE_EMAIL] with the episode URL and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days; severe violations are removed immediately and the account suspended.
